  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Use the service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Abuse the service through automated scraping or excessive API calls
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-generated content

You own the outputs generated by zyla.ai from your inputs. We do not claim ownership over your generated renders, designs, or any derivative works.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

zyla.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of zyla.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
